It was a good experience.

- Engineering Manager interview
- Tech test
- Tech interview (questions about the previous exercise)

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IKEA (Bengaluru)
Interview
First recruiter will reach out to you understanding experience and skills. Then the first round will be Hiring Managerial Round, understanding our core technical competencies and our mindset.
Then we'll get an assignment to complete, I find the assignment very hard, we need to complete in couple of days and push it github for them to review. Then there'll be discussion on that assignment, tradeoffs etc.
