Interview over skype. Questions regarding last company and works done there. The interview lasted for about 30 mins. It was kind of getting to know the person, his interpersonal skills, his management skills, etc.

Interview
The process was smooth and the organization is asked very particular questions in an interview a pure technical interview. An organization also focuses on psychological aspects to deeply understand the behavior. The process contains technical, analytical, and behavioral round which monitors the candidate in all the aspects.
