Three rounds 1. Online Assessment: Logical Reasoning 2. Technical: Engineering area specific 3. HR: Behavioural It's an average process with difficulty depending on the individual. The selection leads to a 3 month training program.
It is overall okay experience . First few rounds were easy . They explained what they do ? What they expect from employee as an employer etc . It more technically question from the resume .

Mostly about manufacturing engineering and it is application
It was a good experience. The interviewer was experienced and asked relevant questions related to the profile. Also he explained about the role and the team. Overall it was a good experience for me.
Smooth process. very proactive. Can be sometimes overwhelming due to multiple interviews. Captures the direct need of the company and translates to the candidate. Compensation discussion is very rigid. needs more flexibility.
