I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Motive (California, MD)
Interview
Very Friendly, thought I did great but did not get the job. They have three interviews, I made it to the second round. I say go for it and hopefully you have better luck (or skill) than me!

It was pretty easy to go thru, everyone was welcoming and gave me good feedback when I was going thru the mock call. I think people who are upbeat and positive will be great fits to the team
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to pursue sales? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Motive (Rāwalpindi) in Jul 2025
Interview
I applied through LinkedIn first and was shortlisted for a call interview. The lady asked me about my experience and about what I know about motive. Then she also asked me about AI and it's impact on the world. Then when no one responded I applied on a remote job for the same role. Then I was emailed by a recruiter saying that a manager wanted to interview me and that was very hard. He even took a mock call and then they didn't select me saying we have other more qualified applicants we want to proceed with.
