i have interview schedule with policy bazaar first of all person joined with lot of background noise 10 min late after i send email and with in 10 min interview is over .he ask one question and interview over i dont know how he judge candidate ,he was not clear with question also .looks like he came with mind set to reject candidate i have suggestion dude please learn how to take interview how to judge candidate interview is not satisfy you ego and you mind set .if you dont have time dont take interview please ask hr to reschedule the interview .i have also spent 11 year in it might have taken more than 100 interview but it was horrible ex prince first try to conduct your self and then try to judge other candidate because of you person can lose confidence and opportunity that he /she is looking i am posting this review this might reach to hr and other candidate should not suffer
