Xylem Application Engineer interview questions

The first process is a phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter will ask questions about your experiences and reasoning for applying for the job. The next step is an online meeting with the hiring manager. Then a meeting with the application engineer and the head manager.

Candidatura online, colloquio orale conoscitivo. Il processo di selezione in realtà prevedeva due colloqui: uno conoscitivo ed uno tecnico. Io ho affrontato solo quello conoscitivo (dove ti chiedono il tuo trascorso). Mi hanno chiesto se fossi disposta a trasferirmi a Pesaro ma poi mi hanno proposto la posizione per Roma. Nel complesso comunque non è stato stressante, sembrava una chiacchierata tra intimi.
