Xylem Manager interview questions

The interview was a zoom call with the HR business partner and then another zoom call with the hiring manager. I was contacted by the HR business partner with an offer.

Multiple video interviews, followed by on-site series of interviews. I made myself available for the full interview process, managing my schedule for each of the individual video interviews. The company was always in a hurry to get them scheduled. When I did the on-site interview, it was the same story, they needed me there now. I met all of the scheduling requirements. In the end, I was not selected. Not the answer you want, but it happens. What was completely unprofessional was that they made NO communication to advise that they had chosen a different candidate. I understand that not everyone gets an offer, but after a huge series of interviews you would think someone in the organization could reply to my email follow ups or send a short note. Nothing - fully ghosted. And, travel expenses not reimbursed either.
