I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zelis (Hyderābād) in Oct 2024
Interview
Overall it was good. My interview didn't went like too good. It was ok ok according to me. But luckily I got selected. Interviewer was good and he was having the a good understanding of these topics.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Zelis (Hyderābād) in May 2024
Interview
I recently(last week of may 2024) went through the interview process with Zelis and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. Here are the key issues I encountered:
Unqualified Interview Panel:
The individuals conducting the interview seemed less qualified than expected. They lacked the depth of knowledge and expertise relevant to the position, making the interview process frustrating and unproductive.
Lack of Selection Transparency: It appeared that the primary purpose of the interviews was to promote the company rather than to genuinely select candidates for the role. There was little indication that there were actual openings or a structured selection process.
Time Wasting: The overall experience felt like a waste of time. There was no clear communication about the requirements or the next steps post-interview, leaving candidates in the dark.
While I understand that every company has its processes, I hope Zelis takes this feedback into consideration to improve the interview experience for future candidates.
