Salary is not upto as per industry standards

There are many cons but the most important thing are some toxic people who are destroying this company. There is the interface team lead called "John Guillaume" - Expert technical analyst. He doesn't have enough technical knowledge and still works on technical aspects. He provides irrelevant information to clients. And there have been many escalations previously and still going on. Clients have provided negative feedback against him but still he works here.
