      Policies in the company are good.

      Cons

      Hectic Enviornment. No work life balance. Worked for 2 years but no hike received. Management hiring new resources instead of retaining old employees. Hr won't even call you & ask reason for leaving after you resign.

      - Great HR/Employee Policies - Decent Work-life balance depending on projects. - Friendly Co-workers - Flexible WFH policy. - Good emphasis on Learning

      - Less Increment - Career progression is very difficult - Frequent organisational changes that hugely hamper individuals as well as projects - Frequent Layoffs - Top-heavy organisation structure - Too many old tech projects - No emphasis on upgrading or innovating in own products - Downward trend in company's performance since last many years
