Depending on project. Mine are as below. Project management no transparency and cares only about numbers. More useful you are, more workload given to you but not with increment proportionate with skills. Work schedule out extremely late, (usually three days before) worse that is subject to change. AL approval is definitely biased, has nothing to do with how well you perform, no mishandle, even with no attendance issue. People with horrible attendance issue and sick leave with mishandle cases could even get their AL approve everytime. Late available time issue due not your fault also need to replace the time, worse is this affect your KPI metrics too!
