Pros
I love working at Atidan Technologies. Our sales team is fresh and full of great energy. The work culture is probably the best I’ve seen is the flat hierarchy, helpful teammates, and leaders who actually care. The freedom to work without someone watching your every move is such a blessing. Full remote work and proper work-life balance make it easy to stay motivated. Training is amazing and they give you space to evolve into a leader. The company’s name carries weight in the IT industry, and they have some seriously top-notch clients. Services are high quality, and they take real pride in what they deliver. Lots of employee benefits and great commissions too. No hire-fire stress, just a stable, growth-focused environment.
Cons
Nothing as such for now.
Pros
1. Management is approachable and mostly ready to consider employee's feedback. 2. No variable pay in CTC, so good part is better monthly take home. 3. I have seen the work culture here is very cooperative, unlike in most of the corporates today is competitive.
Cons
1. Internal and external trainings need to be conducted/encouraged not just for Microsoft related projects but expect the same in the networking domain too..
Pros
Good starting salary, If you are good at negotiation Good for SharePoint developers You might get to know some awesome talents CEO is approachable
Cons
1. No Work Life balance 2. No proper management 3. Chaotic environment 4. You get a good hike only if you are working directly with clients(Again depends upon your negotiation skill) 5. Different pay scale for employee with same skill set and same years of experience(Difference might be up to 200%) 6. Be ready to switch your profile in every 2 months 7. Your skill set is not a criteria to put you on projects. Only criteria is you are available and the have a project. 8. Long working hours. 9. No Benefits for working late. 10. Recently they have started to cut salary on the basis of late entry, but still no benefits for working late. 12. Within 2-3 days you might be put on a ongoing project with completely different technology and you would be blamed for previous development issues 13. Client is the only God 14. No training for new technologies you have asked to work on. 15. No co-ordination between HR and project-managers. 16. No code reviews. 17. Performance appraisal meetings are formality(if you got good ratings) 18. They always find a way to pay you less. 19. Time estimates decided by upper management for project deliveries are very unfair. 20. You only worth for them if your billing for client is good 21. Awards are just an added burn to injury for employees who works their heart out. 22. Talented people are sidelined 23. Autocratic Managers(Won't name any specific person's name but there are two) who thinks that they own the organisation
Pros
Great development team. You will work with people who are best in the industry when it comes to respective technologies Payment is at par with industry
Cons
>> This company dosent care for employees anymore. Its a body shopping unit,. >> They are now cheating the clients as well. They will take up new projects when no one is available, then they will hamper some existing projects to cater new client. If not for new projects, they will pull you out from project and put you at client side anywhere around Mumbai. >> When you are on client side, they will expect you to work on internal projects. >> They count your worth in pure monetary terms, so forget about adding value, just bring in the billing >> They will never consider that you have a task in hand and will keep adding more to your plate. Everything is Urgent here Questions - Answers - Truth (Do play this fun round with HR and Management) Q: How many people you have? A: We are about 100 strong people T: They are around 30 (including 4 HR and Admin), rest are body shopped to bigger companies Q. Do you expect me to work on technologies I don't know at all A: We try take into account the personal aspirations T: You dont have an option Q: How much / efforts you invest in personal development of employees A. We have very good set of learning material and we arrange MS trainings T: They never give you time for personal development, When they cant deport you out at some client, they might give you time to watch some stupid videos. There was no training happened where they invested some money in a trainer. Q: How many projects you will work on A: We expect people to do multi tasking T: There is no logic or method. Some people work on 6 projects at a time, I might sound crazy, but think about the people who feel its practical. You can be tossed to a new work practically every week. Management does a stupid resource allocation meeting every week and move people from one project to another. You will find no peace no focus. Q. So is there any fun at work? A: We have our events T: Nothing at all. You cant organize anything in office timings. Even taking people out for having ice-cream is not allowed. They have never arranged a party out, a fun event, haft day trip even on a weekend. Q. If I stay here for 5 years, will I get graduity benefits? A. They will not have one T: They would least care about the government rules, they will deny it. If you force, you are in bad books, forget about getting good feedback for any future need from them So will I recommend this company to a friend.. well, I have enough enemies already!

• Great clientele and challenging work/projects. • Admirable Mentors – you will often redefine yourself with every new project. • Ample growth opportunities at all levels. • Experience is not a boundry but performance is to go to next level here. • Training is very well developed, and salary is a reflection of contribution to the company. • Management pays attention to your performance and initiatives. • Atidan is able to create managers and leads verse hiring one. • Good culture, teams are focused on working together for a superior client experience. • This company definitely has no place for lazy souls, be ready to work if you join this place !
Cons
You have to learn to balance demands to make this work. It is a service business, and you have to define your own balance and success. This is true for any career, but more so in consulting. Expectations are high and you have to improve your standards, if you are able to make it to the top performers here you can make it anywhere !
Pros
I joined Atidan Technologies as a fresher in the database (DBA) domain, and my overall experience is very good, especially in terms of learning and exposure. The training program was good and covered important concepts like SQL Server basics, database monitoring, and real-time production scenarios, with supportive trainers/seniors who explained things clearly. After training, I got hands-on experience working in a real client environment, where I monitored SQL jobs, checked alerts, and understood production workflows, which helped me gain practical industry knowledge. The team is supportive, seniors are approachable, and there are opportunities to learn additional technologies alongside work. Overall, it is a good place to start a career in the database domain and build a strong technical foundation.

Pros
I think their work is usually on new technologies. AI, Flow, O365, Teams etc. Most of Atidan customers are large brands. Projects are challenging. So there is lot of learning and growth in less time. People are quite talented and friendly to guide you. Quarterly awards to recognize your work.
Cons
Because of new technology, there is lot of learning required after external training. Sometimes because of one team member's leaves or poor performance, the team has to suffer. Events are there but not as many.
