The pay is good, but is it good enough for this?

God I work such long hours here. Management don't appreciate us AT ALL. The only thing he does is tell us that we aren't working hard enough, and that it's not good enough. I hate it here. Worst job I've ever had. I'll leave as soon as I can.

Pros

The office is clean, and there is coffee. It's interesting working with international teams.

Cons

The working hours are just so long. The management are in Singapore, so they want you in early, and they expect you to work late, to deal with British staff, too. There's a big problem with favourites. They don't give work out to people evenly.
