      Pros

      The office is clean, and there is coffee. It's interesting working with international teams.

      Cons

      The working hours are just so long. The management are in Singapore, so they want you in early, and they expect you to work late, to deal with British staff, too. There's a big problem with favourites. They don't give work out to people evenly.

Professional Growth: There is a genuine investment in employee development. Management is supportive of learning and often sponsors professional coursed or industry conferences.

      Cons

      Currently, there is a lack of permanent remote work options for employees based in India. In the current tech landscape, adopting a more flexible "work from anywhere" policy would be a significant advantage for long-term retention and attracting top talent.
