1. Highly motivated team that is focused on building a company that will scale with its customers in both the short & long term 2. This business is willing to invest in its functions and individual personnel 3. Genuinely enjoy working with the team

Cons

There really isn't a con per se. Some might argue that the pace, the global nature of the business, or our evolving product & GTM architecture might be "cons," but the reality is if you don't have these problems then you are a not a growing business.

Cons

Core engineering is often not encouraged and more focus on getting things out fast and not necessarily in the right way. Good Problems are usually solved by platform team and product engineering rarely get any of the good high scale problems
