      Coforge offers excellent learning and development opportunities, supported by approachable leadership and management that truly values employee growth. The company provides diverse and challenging projects across the globe, allowing employees to expand their skills and experience. There’s also a strong focus on employee well-being, reflected in some of the best HR policies in the industry, such as the "Happy Nappy Day" (a holiday on your birthday) and "Take a Break" (an annual cash voucher for a holiday), which add a personal and thoughtful touch to the employee experience.

      Like any fast-paced consulting environment, workloads can be high at times.

      Supportive and approachable leadership Strong learning culture , learning Academy and certifications are provided. Flexible work hours and hybrid model. Good team collaboration across product, design, and dev teams. Growth oppertunities Opportunity to work across different domains

      There are noticeable salary gaps between long-time employees and new hires, though to be fair, this seems to be a common trend across the industry—not just at Coforge. Some earlier employee benefits and schemes have been discontinued which impacts overall morale
