The employees here are young and energetic so the culture is good.

Cons

The CEO doesn’t respect boundaries or doesn’t know when to contact employees, he’s never ready to increase salaries but he wants employees to work for maximum hours. Very immature guy if someone leaves the company for a better opportunity he stops talking to them.

Pros

Sandeep gives flexible work schedule. He allows work from home once in a while if required. He celebrates birthdays and takes employees to outings. He is approachable and responds quickly for any issues. He has good technical knowledge and he trains employees in that perspective. There is a lot to learn in the company. He teaches apt use of technology and makes our work easy. There is no micro management seen. There is freedom in workplace.
