Pros

The work culture is chill and casual. That's all.

Cons

Politics, total control by Malaysia (so you won't be growing in your career and you'll just be a puppet), constant management changes, in the news for all the wrong reasons (sexual harassment, fraud, corruption, etc.), the HO in India is at the airport and it's a pain to go there everyday, employee benefits are zero and the HODs are all saving their own behinds all the time. Note - the company has a strong culture of harassment towards women employees. The erstwhile CEO himself was thrown out because he misbehaved with a fight attendant (media will tell you a different story). People are fired randomly and aren't paid a severance package also.

Pros

Visionary, risk-taking leadership, fantastic corporate culture with a 'we can achieve anything' feeling throughout the company. Career progression is good for those who have the drive to succeed. Flat management structure, minimal bureaucracy. Beautiful new corporate HQ in KL that has to be seen to be believed.

Cons

Always on call. There are a very small number of people among the senior management who should be moved out as they lack management ability and only allowed to remain due to loyalty. Salaries are low, well below industry standard, this is a problem against a backdrop of rising consumer prices. Due to low salaries, many junior staff use it as a jumping off point to something better.
