Cons

need a helmet and seat belt. management, roadmap and strategy is a like an old wooden roller coaster. You get banged up all the time and need protection. Also, try to get into the cool club with management - cause you are doomed if you don't

Pros

Great benefits, flexible working conditions, co-workers were great, plenty of opportunities to grow

Cons

Seems to be selling off most of its divisions, raises and bonuses were disappointing/often below a cola even with high scoring reviews, concerns about frequent changes in senior leadership.
