      Great place to learn new tools, Amdocs own a lot of Amdocs tools which integrates with telecommunication systems

      Cons

      Not much diversity, workforce is mainly from Pune or Gurgaon (India) and speak in Hindi. Which is the language for all official and unofficial communication at times even over teams and other messaging services

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
