      Pros

      Many pros with this company.

      Cons

      In Automation they heavily rely on there codeless automation tool i.e. ginger. Which kills your skills outside the company. Like in market java selenium or rest assured is required for automation people. But if you are working on Ginger no growth outside the company. Unless you work extra hours on your skills in your personal time

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
