Cons

1) Significant salary disparity within the same role. I later discovered that others in the same position were earning almost double my salary. 2)Highly unequal workload distribution. While most design executives handled 2–3 stores, I was assigned 6–7 stores alone. 3)Very frequent and poorly planned travel between cities. Many site visits were communicated the same day, making it difficult to plan personal or professional commitments. 4)Work hours often extended very late into the night, sometimes until 11 PM during meetings, even when traveling as the only female employee in the group. 6)Dealers in some locations lacked professionalism, which made the working environment difficult. 7)Lack of empathy from management in personal emergencies. When my mother had dengue and was alone at home, my request for urgent leave was denied and I was still asked to travel for a site visit. 8)When I expressed my intention to resign due to the situation, I was pressured to proceed with a notice period buyout.
