Pros

Very flexible, management trusts on the employee and gives a lot of freedom to organize your work. I work 100% from home but I do have an office that I go to (voluntarily) twice a week. Salary is over the average in IT consultancy in Spain

Cons

Many many changes happening, we had reorgs every 6 months. Hard to progress in your career since we were bought by Infosys. The budget for promotions and salary reviews is very limited. If you are looking for something stable and flexible, this is for you. If you are ambitious and want to progress fast, it is not. Consider that there is 0 transparency from management, and that communication is really terrible.

Pros

Remote work. Some nice colleagues. Some of the most common work perks and benefits.

Cons

Despite reading previous comments, I joined the company. Unfortunately, it has been a mistake, and I now confirm the negative feedback. The selection process and onboarding are poorly structured and unclear. The company operates with a vertical, top-down management style, and antiquated corporate ladder. There is a noticeable lack of organization and transparency within the company. Training and direction from line managers are inadequate, with a lack of communication and unclear project expectations. Very unexperienced managers that lack essential skills such as empathy, communication, and leadership, which leads to unclear or uncommunicated expectations and a blame culture. Other terrible management practices include favoritism and toxic behaviors. Bullying is present and often overlooked by senior management. The focus is typically on blaming and removing the targets rather than addressing the behavior, indicating a lack of proper duty of care. The work environment is stressful due to poorly managed projects and unrealistic deadlines, leading to frequent reports of stress and overload among colleagues. The work-life balance is poor. Bonus targets are unrealistic and demotivating. The HR department is ineffective. The company hires very talented and highly qualified individuals to assign them to boring ETL tasks. The opportunities for learning and career growth are scarce. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company till they really walk the talk to be an inclusive and good place to work and they apply good professional practices.
