Pros

Cab and meal service. Provides 3 time meal.

Cons

The only reason people stay here long-term is because managers and directors overload employees, leaving little time to switch jobs or learn new skills. Leadership often demeans employees, micromanages work, and even monitors screens, creating a discouraging environment. The work is slow-paced with excessive approvals, yet daily issues still arise due to poor design. Even small implementations are split into multiple microservices, making them difficult to manage and leading to frequent production problems. Systems are inefficient, and the IT team behaves like post office employees. Employees are always required to log in from home to collaborate with US teams. And that is when work actually happens. But still they force employees to complete 9 hours in office and come early which makes around 13 -14 hours work time. Excluding the commute. Still they raise concerns for your 30 minute lunch breaks. And mostly time is spent during lunch is on cafeteria long queue. Despite mandating four days in the office, there is no proper workspace—resulting in overcrowded lifts, pantry, and cafeteria. Basic amenities are lacking, and employees even have to wash their own mugs.

Pros

Plenty of opportunity to work on project teams. Lots of exposure to senior leaders in HR and the businesses. Great collaboration in the One BlackRock spirit. Benefits to support employees and their families are good.

Cons

Workload can be challenging at times. However, you are gaining a lot of new skills in a short prior of time and the ability to work with leaders is worth it.
