Training process - no structured training, you are just thrown in water with minimal training Process efficiency - Very poor, no SOP document You are dependent on others to help you, others are as clueless. And then you waste days and weeks to figure out what needs to be done. Work Life balance - extremely bad, you are asked to work on weekends with no comp off or allowance, people take sick leaves frequently. Project work - No scope as you will never get time from your BAU, they don’t even know what a Project really is. Scope to learn IT skills like Python / power BI - NO
