DU leaders know everything but still keep mum, infact most of the times they are the real culprits. 7. No process or SDLC, everything is on priority 8. Manager won't shy away from demeaning team members 9. Totally immature and inexperienced product management team. They are staying in the same company from decades and know nothing about the oustide world 10. Managers behave like dictators if you raise yours concern you will be thrown out 11. Manager will call at odd hours and weekends also on public holidays 12. Planning process and requirements is a myth here
