      No work life balance No allowances on-Site Company doesn't think of the employee Every Manger Sucks Work profile is only for Civil Project Manager 5-8% increment every year No job Security - if project is over after 2 months sitting on bench company will say you find other option

      The company values its employees.

      Cons

      My supervisor advised me to find work to do on my own (“nagging” my coworkers) rather than include me in kick-off meetings or including me in the initial project workflow. She supported a work environment that churned out marketing materials as quickly as possible, forsaking quality. While giving some coworkers kudos for their work, she never acknowledged my work to the team.
