Pros

Unmatched Learning & Growth Opportunities I have come a long way since joining Flipkart, and I attribute much of my professional maturity to the environment here. For anyone with a hunger to learn, the opportunities are truly ample. The scale at which we operate provides a unique playground to solve complex problems that you simply won't find elsewhere. Exceptional Support During Personal Emergencies What truly sets Flipkart apart is its "people-first" DNA. During my tenure, I faced several medical emergencies, and the empathy shown by my leadership was incredible. They provided genuine support and peace of mind, allowing me to prioritize my physical and mental health without fearing for my professional standing. This level of psychological safety is rare. Resilience in a Changing Market While the global tech landscape is shifting and AI is introducing new challenges across the industry, Flipkart remains a stable and rewarding place to be. The company has maintained a grounded approach to these global shifts, ensuring that it remains a top-tier employer even during tougher market cycles.

Cons

High-Pace Environment Because the company is so focused on innovation and scale, the pace can be intense. It requires a high degree of self-drive and the ability to manage one's own work-life balance proactively.

Pros

1. The tech stack you get to work at Flipkart is probably one of the best in the country. 2. You get to work on microservices while also staying close to the infra. 3. The tech stack varies from team to team but in general, good tech is used in each org.

Cons

1. At times, work-life balance takes a major hit, commonly a few weeks before the sale events when there is deployment freeze and even the smallest of deployments have to go thorugh a large chain of approvals.
