      Great place for learning. Varied set of work

      Cons

      Very toxic especially for SDE-1s. Everybody tries to be a manager and delegates work to juniors. Lots of incompetent people in the team which leads to the other people work even harder.

      1. The tech stack you get to work at Flipkart is probably one of the best in the country. 2. You get to work on microservices while also staying close to the infra. 3. The tech stack varies from team to team but in general, good tech is used in each org.

      Cons

      1. At times, work-life balance takes a major hit, commonly a few weeks before the sale events when there is deployment freeze and even the smallest of deployments have to go thorugh a large chain of approvals.
