Current project seems to limit upward movement if you're a young engineer wanting to advance. A lot of older/more experienced engineers/subcontractors that take charge of the more difficult tasks I would like to be a part of. Not as many holidays off as I'd like. Longer hours on current project may limit a healthy work life balance.
