Pros
- friday offs - better salary than local companies - lots of company events - mentorship culture - if you want a reputable company in your resume, by all means apply. but if you think you will get good career progression - think otherwise. the possible lack of projects may impede your growth.
Cons
- poor marketing and unstable job. if the company is low on projects (fluctuating economy is a major factor, but should we blame everything on the economy?) you might get terminated on the spot the next day to save their cost. - some department managers have favoritism and, worse, the opposite of that. if youre unlucky, you may be on their negative end - they dont believe in hybrid work setup
