Pros
Great bonus program for the CSA's, the process is easy to learn. The steps to ensure safety are taken and well-practiced. It's easy for CSA's to make more money through upselling. The hours are consistent and easy to build a work-life balance around.
Cons
The franchise owner of my location told us that the non-management employees that the reason we didn't get any health benefits was because he didn't want to pay for them. The store is very old and could do with a refresh, and the standards for up keeping the store are not upheld at all unless the franchise owner is showing up. Employees were discriminated against and joked about for being LGBTQ+. A customer once complained that a courtesy tech was offering to buy things out of his car and it made him uncomfortable, and this employee received little more than a slap on the wrist. There's not really room for growth unless you want to go directly to being a store manager, and even then it's hard.
