Pros
I worked at Numerator for over 4 years, starting as a Data Associate and quickly being promoted to Trainer. For the first few years, it was a fantastic place to work. My colleagues in the AdOps team were supportive, the work was engaging, and I was consistently recognized for my performance, receiving a 4/5 rating every single year. The company (at a high level) provides good opportunities, and I was proud of my contributions.
Cons
The entire positive environment was destroyed by one manager A few weeks ago, I was abruptly informed I was being transferred to a different department (Transcription) and effectively demoted. The reason given by manager and senior manager was a 'business requirement,' but they refused to provide any clarification. This was not a business decision; it was a personal one. When I tried to handle this professionally, I was targeted. Manager began stalking my personal LinkedIn account and sent me a formal warning for a generic motivational post that did not mention Numerator or any person. This was clear, targeted harassment. Local HR is aware of and enables this behaviour, admitting this happens to others. When I resigned due to this mental stress, I was informed that my training was a 'waste of time.' This is not the Numerator I joined.
