Pros

In Bangalore office they use to provide one meal free daily although the quality of the meal provided was below standard in terms of taste, hygiene and cooking (most of the time grains were served under cooked)

Cons

1. there is absolutely no job security in Parexel they fire people in the blink of an eye lid I was one of those victims of instant firing 2. extreme micro management and severe mismanagement by immediate superior- I was not allowed to leave the floor where as other teams were happily taking breaks 3. they will hire you as a shift employee asking you to come and work in a shift without providing any transport facility for the first one month 4. gross mis communication and lack of coordination among the HR Transport Managers on the floor - HR will ask not to come in a shift untill transport id provided whereas managers will ask to come in shift till transport is provided; HR will ask to sign a declaration stating that employee safety is not to be blamed on company if employee is coming in a shift without office transport; if employee tells about this to manager then manager says they are no aware 5. most unqualified managers I have seen ever 6. at the time of employment I was asked to sign a contract of two years and later fired within a day 7. The overall crowd of employees have regressive mentality; high aged people with very sad English speaking skills

Pros

full service CRO, lots of capabilities and resources for global studies. good at linking up resources/talent to study needs. very inclusive and good at recognizing talent. people are seen and best contributors are usually taken care of.

Cons

lots of changes being rolled out with limited transparency. contracting can be challenging. site payments and study closeout are areas that need improvement.
