It is a big company, so there are a lot of departments you can apply to and change roles. I like my team and manager
Cons
I used to love working here, but things have drastically changed with new leadership. We are so focused on revenue that every thing else seems to be slipping. Things change constantly, the work load continues to grow, and they keep laying off staff off to outsource work to India and/ or use AI. They don’t seem to listen to employee feedback, and nothing seems to change no matter how many surveys we fill out. They used to allow remote work, but now most people are either hybrid or onsite. The company just seems outdated and it feels like we throw strategies against the wall to see what sticks. We constantly have clients leaving due to price or other service concerns, so if you’re in a service role, you face the brunt of those conversations.
