The company offers good job security, achievable targets, and a healthy work-life balance. Office timings are convenient, with a Monday-to-Friday work schedule. Employees are given the flexibility to manage their work and achieve targets independently. However, if targets are not met, there may be occasions when working on Saturdays is required. One of the highlights is the strong support system and collaborative colleagues, which make learning and professional development easier. The company also provides lunch, allows festival holidays and leaves, and encourages continuous learning. Overall, my experience at PhonePe was excellent.
