- Most engineers are introverts so they do not speak up against much, from someone who has experienced and who has witnessed my fellow peers experience the absurd bias just because they are not a certain way, the partiality is soo much such that the ones who do not even contribute much but have a good rapport with delivery managers keep getting awards and the ones who don't and are just hardworking and talented are left behind, this was not the preidio i joined or anyone joined from being a really cool and fair place to work with it has become this to the point everyone just wants out, i really liked presidio's core now it has just become a typical ruthless corporate
