Loud environment. CEO shouts and say abusive words on floor. The voice is so loud that it can be heard outside of his closed cabin. Anytime anywhere you can be scolded. Company's CEO starts shouting to a person without analysing or knowing who the culprit is. You are forced to bypass process sometimes by higher authorities and then you get scolded also after some days that why we did that. Working here is very difficult only because the environment is not good at all.
