The company is overall has good product. You gain knowledge here, if u are a fresher then it is a perfect company for you. But if you r a experienced employee dnt dare to come here.

Cons

I dnt have words to say this company has really a bad environment bad politics. This company is totally dependent on 2 or 3 senior employee. Team lead shout at u in front of all. CEO of the company shout at their employees and have no proper management and no proper environment. Work load is too high and pressure is too much. This company is not following any documentation.

Transparency in work and technology.

Cons

Loud environment. CEO shouts and say abusive words on floor. The voice is so loud that it can be heard outside of his closed cabin. Anytime anywhere you can be scolded. Company's CEO starts shouting to a person without analysing or knowing who the culprit is. You are forced to bypass process sometimes by higher authorities and then you get scolded also after some days that why we did that. Working here is very difficult only because the environment is not good at all.

No policy for employee benefits No date of salary Amazing work culture (No culture) As a software developer, I work on projects for 3 hrs and then get a new project as their is an escalation from client

Cons

Average tenure is 6 months for a software developer Hierarchy is not clear No product development team Old ASP.NET technology used with no scope of improvisation Many things not told during hiring 6 days working for 10 hours cant leave office without boss's permisssion
