Toxic culture and angry management - Consultant Quantiphi Employee Review

Management at all level is too much ego an always angry and negative. Many manager and leader talk down at employee to try and make people feel small and show ego. Fear is used for managing. Not environment with human respect. When employee do good work, never hear good job, only criticism. Pay and benefit are not good. Company always try to pay as little as possible and work you as many extra hours as can. Many promise are made but not delivered.Culture is total toxic. I never see any old employee bring them to a new company, and that say a lot.Work-life balance is work-work-work. Always long hour, weekend work, and work on holiday. Company does not care if employee is sick, has family problem or even if yo have baby. People worry about being on bench because they know they get “lay off.” Job security is you get one more day work. I tell anyone no go to Quantiphi. If you want respect from leaders or manager, a good culture, and a life v work-work balance look somewhere else.
