I joined Ringcentral India about a month ago. Here is my view.
I am in night shift and they do not have shift allowance, transportation facilities. They told me that office will begin operations from jan and I am required to arrange my own transport. When I informed hr this was never told during my interview they did not have any answer.
Their pay is sub par with other companies. They say their product is superior if yes why has no one in Indian tech industry heard of them?
Hr says the company is very stable leadership is solid. do not believe them. I spoke to some people within company who are overworked and are not doing work as per their previous roles in other companies.
I am looking out for other jobs and will quit this as soon as I get an opportunity. It's highly frustrating when there is no one to answer your queries. Forget human resource they are only hell bent resources looking to filling the positions. They do not have courtesy to come back with answers on our queries.
