1. worst management ( micro management of each and everything). everytime it's like in 20 mins this should have been done when You know that that task will take about 1 hr 2. Even if you work 15 hours( from the time you wake up to sleeping (when working remotely) and eating two times eating for like 15 mins each), then nobody appreciates/cares and one day you work like 7 hrs then next day they start asking this should have been done by now. 3. Sometimes you may need to work on holidays as you are expected to deliver it before time. 4. No planning and timeline just randomly setting up timelines with very few employees 5. no growth/ minimal growth 6. creating unnecessary pressure on employees and you can almost forget about work life balance and any fun. In fact, you will have no life
