1. Getting independent meaningful projects where you get glimpse into seeing your work getting the right recognition with the customers. 2. Ideal work life balance. The main output that is measured is work. Idea is to own up to your own work and in order to get that if anything is needed to get the work life balance in shape, it is amply supported. 3. People working here stick for long generally which is enough to say how the work environment is.
Cons
1. Standard cons as come with a growing firm. We have some drawbacks but the good thing is, the moment any such con is identified, it is discussed and worked upon. Generally speaking, issues if any raised formally have ended up getting resolved in a satisfying manner.
