The benefits package through AETNA is pretty good. Pair it with an HSA account for maximum costs savings
Cons
Unfortunately there is a lot of favoritism at UPS. UPS also has shifted to prioritize a DEI mindset. Trying to fit quotas and not quality resources. Raises and promotions are rare, unless you fit within special categories. Watch out for management. Look out for yourself - because no one else is.
