Disorganized departments and lack of communication of priorities. Upper management is solid, but middle management has grown uncontrollably and lacks dedication. Directors and managers seem to be passed around and swapped too frequently to be effective in their role. Too many "thinkers" and not enough "do-ers". Career development is very slow, and UPS Capital pays poorly compared to UPS, which is often below industry averages.
