Work life balance is poor.
So much focus on expansion, that the company I left didn't resemble the company I joined.
At one point, the mid level engineers barely existed. A few managerial level and tons on entry level engineers. Basically, company treats mid level engineers such that they don't want to remain loyal.
Some project guarantees are a case of biting more than one can chew.
