      If you are hard working. Definitely they will value you and ofcourse you also need to value urself that do something extra .out of box

      Cons

      Politics are so much. If your manager is supportive/strong you are safe like in my case . Don't always say yes to work otherwise they will overload you the work and others Leads will just show they have work and sit free entire day or chit chatting

      The pay is okay. The benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Never give raises. Micromanaging. Bereavement pay is 2 days for immediate family. PTO is minimal. No opportunity for growth/upward movement.
