- leaves are not there only RH 11 leaves and 15 PL leaves. 0 sick leave and 0 casual leave. You can apply RH only restricted days like diwali, dhushera, holi etc. And it's mandatory to apply RH. so in short only 15 PL is there.
- Lot of micro management. Lot means a lot. Your director and manager notice your away time every time and pin point for the same. Why so much log off and away from system? Such kind of ridiculous questions they ask.
- in pandemic, they force to employee to work from base location like if you joined gurgaon location then you should work from Delhi ncr only. This is very frustrating.
- if leaves is not there, then you should apply LWP and you salary got deducted.
- Work life balance is very poor. They always ask to extend your working hours.
- punch in and punch out system is there. If you punch in late, then again manager ask why are you late? And why puch in is there if you ask every time for extend.
- no hikes in pandemic. They gave 4% after one year.
- HR is also not supportive in any case. Wns lead only my managers.
- Not single penny for wfh. Even they not provided internet. You need to manage.
- They don't even courier any thing if you required. Eg if your keyword is not work then you need to go office. In short, wns are not even support for such kind of tasks.
