      Pros

      In WNS in the initial you can demand the salary as per expectation and forgot the salary increment and as and average no one work in this company more than 2 years.

      Cons

      Yearly increment in salary is only 4% to 6% P.A., Ratings and performance review are not in TL/Manger's hand . Group/Sr.Group mangers decide what ratings to give any employee. and They give good ratings to only there hearties and their spy.

      The pay is okay. The benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Never give raises. Micromanaging. Bereavement pay is 2 days for immediate family. PTO is minimal. No opportunity for growth/upward movement.
