      I spent less time in CHRD team, I wont find anyone nice or any diving force that motivates u.

      Cons

      CHRD team is one of the worst team in WNS. Few managers are really rude and disguisting. Tons of politics, zero professionalism, Never believe in their Job discription, highly negative working environment, worst culture, Nepotism, lady managers plays mind games.

      The pay is okay. The benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Never give raises. Micromanaging. Bereavement pay is 2 days for immediate family. PTO is minimal. No opportunity for growth/upward movement.
